Training Camp Itinerary
Friday Evening Feb. 7th 2025
4:00 PM – Check-In at Residence Inn (1875 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, KS, 66111 United States of America)
Arrive at the hotel and settle in.
4:40 PM – Short, Easy Ride (19.49 mi. Zone 1-3)
A relaxed ride to shake out the legs and get into the training mindset.
6:30 PM – Dinner (take out or restaurant)
7:30 PM – Evening Fun/ Chill
Unwind with board games/ card games at the hotel. Bring your favorites!
Saturday Feb. 8th
7:00 AM – Hotel Breakfast
9:30 AM – Team Meeting & early brunch
Get ready for an info-packed session covering our goals, schedule, team strategies, and benefits.
A nearby restaurant for a quick, energizing meal.
12:00 PM – Afternoon Training Ride (78 mi. mixed kill ur legs ride)
1st to the Lake for some Hills action
Then the park for crit-style training. Practice lined racing, hard turns, and sprinting.
Race the ApogeeATP Segments!
Then a chill ride with your homies
5:30 PM – Team debrief at Dinner
Reflect on the day’s training and share feedback.
Feel free to use the room for bike storage and shower.
6:30 PM – Hit the town
AMC Movie theater/ D&B pool/ Bowling/ Bars :-)
Sunday Feb. 9th
7:00 AM – Hotel Breakfast/ checkout
9:30 AM – Recovery Ride (44 mi. zone 1-2 Pace)
A laid-back ride to help flush out fatigue and recover from the weekend's efforts.
