Kyle Norris

Team Owner & Racer

Kyle Norris is not only the driving force behind our cycling team but also an inspiring example of resilience and leadership. Before dedicating himself to cycling, Kyle excelled in college track and cross country, earning All-American honors each year and securing a national championship as part of a Distance Medley Relay team.

Kyle’s journey took a dramatic turn after a severe crash that resulted in Lefort 1, 2, and 3 fractures—injuries that might have ended many athletic careers. However, Kyle's determination never wavered. He made a triumphant return to the bike, and in just 1.5 years post-crash, Kyle achieved four podium finishes, proving his resilience.

As the team owner, Kyle’s vision is bold and clear: he strives to cultivate a nurturing environment where every team member can reach their highest potential. His leadership is deeply rooted in passion, and his commitment to growth is evident in every race and training session.

Outside of cycling, Kyle finds joy in outdoor adventures like camping, hiking, and golf, all while making time for his wife and two young daughters. Despite his injuries, he maintains a sense of humor, referring to himself as “still living the toothless dream” as he continues to face more surgeries.

Kyle’s faith in God, along with the unwavering support of his family and friends, fuels his perseverance. He lives by a favorite quote from Rocky that perfectly encapsulates his outlook: “It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward.” Kyle Norris is the heart of our team—an embodiment of strength, dedication, and hope.
