Haining Jiang is originally from Qinghai, China, where he grew up at high altitude — an advantage that still serves him well when racing at sea level. He discovered cycling a few years ago through riding with friends, and it was the team-driven spirit of the sport that immediately drew him in.

He approaches racing with a clear and disciplined mindset, guided by the philosophy: “闷声大发财” — keep your head down, let the work speak, and produce results. On the road, his priorities are simple and focused: race smart, stay safe, and compete to win.
